Established by two partners, Augustine and Bailey, in a small town to provide glazing services for the Los Angeles community.
Immigrant community members Sarkis & Rozie Hakverdian took the reins in pursuit of the American dream, building the company through hard work, craftsmanship, and a commitment to providing for their family and community.
The next generation took the lead as Mike Hakverdian stepped in with a vision to grow the family business and carry its legacy forward.
Today, Augustine Bailey Glass is entering its next chapter, expanding its capabilities, reach, and presence across the country.

Took the company over decades ago and spent a career building its reputation for precision. Now retired from daily operations, Sarkis remains on the board, guiding the company's long-term direction.
Alongside Sarkis, Rozzinne helped grow Augustine & Bailey Glass into a trusted name in the community. Retired from day-to-day work, she continues to serve on the board.
The third generation to lead the company, Mike took the reins with a mandate to scale: moving Augustine & Bailey Glass from residential work into commercial glazing and architectural glass at a national level.
Oversees crews on-site from measure to install, making sure every panel meets the standard the company was built on before it ever reaches the client.
